Champions Mastermind

Are you a Special Ed Champion?

You didn’t take on this leadership job to manage paperwork. You took it to make a difference.

But too often you’re told, “Stay in your lane.” “Just manage compliance.

Meanwhile, the responsibility to improve outcomes still lands on you. It’s time to build the influence and clarity to lead real change.

  • Feel stuck between paperwork and possibility.

  • Crave new tools, fresh thinking, and like-minded allies.

  • Are determined to improve their special education system.

  • Are ready to lead from vision - not just react to compliance.

What you’ll step into as a Champion

  • Strategic coaching on building inclusive systems that actually work.

  • Strengthen your alliances through the Skills of Influence.

  • Tools to help you lead with clarity and confidence, build trust, and shift mindsets.
