It is perfect for leaders who are ready to build a unified, supportive and inclusive culture across their faculty. The mini-courses in this series were designed specifically for K-12 educators who are feeling overwhelmed by mandates, endless initiatives, or scripted curriculum and want to reconnect with the joy of why they became an educator, deepen meaningful collaboration and experience the satisfaction of seeing their impact on student success.
Within each mini-course teachers apply the principles, using provided tools, to their own professional project. Having a site license will promote common language, shared problem-solving, strengthened collective efficacy, and mutual celebration of student progress.

Yes. Upon completion, we provide your educators with certificates for Continuing Education Hours (CEH) that align with standard professional development requirements.
We are happy to provide any course syllabi or documentation your leadership needs to easily approve this series for local or state license renewal hours.

If you are licensing this library for your faculty or grade-level teams, we recommend moving through the series sequentially as a collaborative cohort. This shared pathway is the most powerful way to build a common language and establish campus-wide collective efficacy.

Because every school and district has different capacity, we offer three implementation models.
Self-paced: Teachers complete the courses on their own, managing their own participation and initiating collaborative partnerships to support themselves. Sometimes clear administrative expectations for participation and accountability systems are enough for teachers to get meaningful growth.
You facilitate: Someone on your team (administrator, coach, specialist) facilitates participation. Our Facilitation Guide provides suggestions for group sessions and individual coaching to support implementation.
We facilitate: Our Joyful Inclusion Coach provides customized support through group sessions, classroom visits, virtual check-ins, and individual coaching.
